Les Bullock Candle Shipping + Return Policy

Current order processing time is 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: 2 - 4 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1 business day (depending on product availability)

USPS is experiencing some days. Please be patient with the shipping process. Thank you!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is received please allow the current processing time to occur. Once your order is packaged + labeled, you will then receive a shipping notification email providing you with all tracking information. Tracking information will update 24 - 48 hours. 

Can I cancel my order?

You may only cancel your order if your order has not yet been shipped. To cancel please contact reisha@lesbullockcandles.com .

What is Les Bullock Candles return policy?

If your items have been damaged or broken in transit please email reisha@lesbullockcandles.com with a photo  of the damaged item, and we will be happy to issue a refund or a replacement item.  NO REFUNDS on any sale items. 

In the event that your items are not damaged , we do accept returns on select items. We will accept unused sage, unused palo santo sticks + unused candles only. We will not return shipping charges for items that have not been damaged. Recipient must pay to ship unopened/unused  items back + a refund will be issued upon receipt of arrival at our shop. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving product.

What if my package is missing?

Once delivery is confirmed for your package by the carrier, we cannot send out an additional package. Please check for the missing package with the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier and also note your claim number before contacting us. 

What shipping materials + packaging do you use?

We use cardboard boxes for shipping. We also use bubble wrap and styrofoam packing peanuts to protect glass products from damage. Please feel free to recycle all shipping materials. 

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available.
